Can I create collapsible headers in Paper?
Can I create collapsable headers in Dropbox paper?
Of course you can engage!
You can add an H1 or H2 by using the formatting toolbar or the shortcuts listed below.
- H1: Type # and press space, then type your header
- H2: Type ## and press space, then type your header
- H3: Type ### and press space, then continue typing (you can also add an H3 by highlighting and bolding an entire line of text)
You can also make H1 and H2 headers more bold by highlighting and bolding them as you would with any other text.
To collapse or expand them, click on the downward arrow on the left of the header you'd like to take these actions on.
I hope this helps and please let me know if there's anything else you'd like to ask too. Thanks for using Paper!

THIS small feature would make the service almost perfect. Especially will be useful for those recurring meeting notes that have to be separated by headers. I could then transition from Dynalist+Evernote+Todoist (maybe) to one tool.

Sorry for the delay, this feature should now be available for everyone :)

Headings do not collapse on my iOS Paper. A strange omission, since navigation on a small screen and using a device away from a desk are two reasons why good navigation and collapse/expand headings are most needed.\
My desktop Paper has excellent navigation via a ToC that appears at left, based on the hierarchy of headings. And the headings themselves collapse and expand like a grown-up outline. Brilliant...
But the iOS apps are crippled by comparison
I rely on good functionality while using a small screen, often standing up or engaged in discussion.

I unfortunately found that this feature doesn't work in Firefox
- Shinkirou7 years agoExplorer | Level 4Seconding the firefox bug. It's really disappointing to find a major feature bug simply by not using chrome.

I've been using this feature almost daily. As of yesterday, it is no longer available. Will it be returning?

Hey there msf42 - sorry for the tardy response; are you still having issues with this?

Sorry for my late reply - it turns out it is a known issue with Firefox. Using another browser now and everything is fine.
Thanks!
