Can someone have upload-only access to a folder?
Is there a way to have upload access only? I have an employee I want to upload receipts to a folder, but don't want him to have access to the rest of the company receipts as some are confidential.

Yes!
Use Dropbox File requests :)Then he goes to the link (which can be reused a much as you like) and adds them to that: https://help.dropbox.com/share/create-file-request
