Cannot see all the files that my boss adds in a shared folder.

We have a shared folder setup.  My boss has 20 files in there.  When I go into the folder, I only see 5 files.  What are we missing  and how can I see the other 15 files?  What would I need to do to correct this issue?

    Is this when you're viewing the files in the Dropbox folder on your computer? Are you able to see them if you view the folder on the Dropbox website? Also, make sure none of the files have characters in the filenames that would prevent them from syncing.
