Thanks for your last message, that's encouraging 💪🏼

It's been 2 months and I'm wondering if you could send me an update on how things are tracking with this issue?

I continue to use Dropbox and Microsoft Word together, but the issue is persistent and a fix would be greatly appreciated 👍🏼
