can't find scanned documents from phone

Are you able to locate the files from the events page?
Is it possible they were deleted from your account?

Found my error-
I wasn't able to find in recents and nor where they deleted; However, I did find my error:
for some reason, my scanned documents (now) default to be saved to a folder on my desktop- I don't remember doing this set up specifically. But I went to do a trial scan and saw that I need to click the "scanned" folder location for the document to be saved into. I don't know why this default folder changed- which is something that could be looked at the program-development level.
