Which platform are you trying to attach files from Dropbox to? Are you having this issue with multiple platforms?
Can you describe the exact steps youâre taking before the error appears?
Finally, Iâd like a full screenshot of the error youâre getting.
Keep me in the loop, and weâll check this further.

Trying to attach files/post photos on message boards that use XenForo platforms. I don't know how to screenshot. It is an hour glass with the words "Can't load content at the moment" below it.

Click on "Attach files", Dropbox App then "Camera uploads"

I can't see that the platform is the issue when posting photos/attaching files from Dropbox to the platform on a desktop pc doesn't produce the same error message.

I'm kinda thinking it may be an Android issue. That doesn't help y'all or me.

On Android, you can press the 'Power' and 'Volume down' buttons at the same time to take a screenshot of what youâre seeing.
After that, you can click on the following button to attach it here on the forum:
