Can't upload a file that's below the accepted limit.
I sent those questions, and I do not have a solution.
I was told the max file size is 50 GB. The file I'm trying to upload is 26 GB which is well under the max. My internet is 1.5 GB download a...

If I understand the issue correctly, you're trying to upload a file using the web, but you can't achieve that, right? Provided you're not using the web, just make sure to clarify the platform that you're using.
Can you clarify the exact error you get, when trying to upload your .MXF file? If you have any screenshots, feel free to attach them here.
As for your active ticket, could you send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on our system?
