Hey there JRA-1223 , I hope you're doing well!
Have you received any emails from Dropbox related to this at all?
To make sure we're on the same page, Dropbox has a page on interrupted sharing activity. Is this one of the articles you've read on the subject? Are you currently sharing any files that may be getting a lot of traffic?

Yes. I did read through the Dropbox articles that offer possible reasons for this issue. I don’t believe any apply to me. There are relatively few people who have access to the files where I am the owner and they do not access the files very often.

Hi JRA-1223, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like access to your sharing was paused on your account.
In any case, I went ahead and created a support ticket on my end for you. Reply back to me, and we'll take it from there.
Thanks a bunch!

Hey JRA-1223, feel free to reply back to the email chain, in order for me to proceed with the investigation, and see what we can find about this.
Thank you!

I am still waiting for some sort of indication that anyone looked at my problem. I am not able to do my job while my account is locked like this. If someone could tell me what I did wrong I would be glad to fix it or not do it again. I have been using Dropbox for several years and never had any issues previously.

Hi JRA-1223.
I just replied back to your email. Did you have the chance to review my response?
- JRA-12234 months agoExplorer | Level 4
I have see the email now. I read through it and I will respond to the email with more information about my account, the usage, and a few other background details. Thank you.

I received an email that told me which file was causing the problem. I responded to the email but I just received notification that for some reason the email could not be delivered. Here is what I said:
I have removed the file that you identified as being flagged for malicious content.
For future reference, what type of wording or images causes something to get flagged? I know what the file contained and I cannot imagine what would have caused it to get flagged. Plus it was a PDF file with limited access.
Please let me know when I will be able to resume sharing files.
Thank you for your support.

Hey JRA-1223!
I just checked and it seems we've indeed received your email, so there's no need to worry about that.
The agent working on your case will get back to you as soon as possible. Hang tight, thanks!
