DB has full disk access, but won't sync - MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

DropBox tells me that there are 1,000 files on my disk that it can't sync. All seem to be in the same folder. DB tells me that I should give it full disk access. But it has full disk access already. I tried doing a chmod to 777 on the folder. No luck. Any suggestions?

Do you see any of those sync issues when clicking on the relevant button after you click on your avatar to access the app's preferences in your menu bar David W.136

If you could also send us a screenshot of the app's status I'd appreciate it.
