Desktop app is stuck at indexing for days
Hello, I have Dropbox on my iMac running 12.6.3 Monterey. Dropbox has been stuck on indexing for over a week. I have tried the troubleshooting advice but haven't had success. Any ideas?
Thank you!...

Thanks for the screenshot, selkie19.
Can you also check the article that Walter linked in his previous reply, on how to fix syncing issues, to see if any of the suggestions there are helpful?

3 years agoHI OceanElf, if the steps aren't working, then I'd recommend replying to the support agent, as they have more access to your Dropbox account.

Thanks Jay, I've done that.
I have no idea when they will respond though, and in the meantime, DB isn't working.
Has DB support always been this slow and ineffective? It blows my mind they only operate 9-5MF USA time. It's not helpful when you're on the other side of the planet.

Since the support ticket was forwarded to a specialist, they are best positioned to assist further if there are any new developments, which we wouldn't be able to assist with on the community.
