Documents I save to Dropbox using my desktop app, don't sync with another member's shared folder.
Dear Community
I recongnized, every document i saved in the dropbox on my mac dous not sync. this started a few motnhs ago and I don not know why. The files are only available in the finder, but not in the web application or on my iphone app.
I have a free dropbox plan
Afte a one time Login on the Web App with his login the folder was updated.
I need to check if it is updating the files on his Iphone App in the future.

I found out that it is syncing with my web version, but not with the person I have shared the folder....

- maybe the shared-with-persons Dropbox is full? (e.g. Dropbox-backup activated)

Hi BFK2011, let's jump right into this!
Since you upload your content using your desktop app, and can still see the changes when you visit your account online, that means your content is syncing.
Does the other member check for updates on the shared folder on their desktop app, or on the website? Also, how did you share the content with them in the first place?
Did you use a shared link, shared folder or something different?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

It is a Shared Folder. He tríes to update it on the iPhone App. So I think the problem is on his side.
