Documents on Dropbox appear on iOS and web, but not on Windows app.
I have used Dropbox for years with no problems. Recently I have been scanning documents into folders labeled by the date.
Scanning was done by Scanner Pro and uploaded to Dropbox through that App. ...

Are any of the files using characters in the filenames that would be considered incompatible on Windows? If so, those files won't be able to sync to your laptop.
If that's not the case, hover your cursor over the Dropbox icon in your system tray and let us know what it displays for its status and version number.

I checks the files that did not get copied to Windows. There was one file containing a ?, which I removed, The fies still do not appear in Windows.
The version of my WIndows is 200.4.7134.
Dropbox icon does not appear in my system tray, I found the version in the app listing.
Thanks for the response.
