Hi, thank you for your reply
I have tried downloading files from the website but they take ages to download. I have tried other browsers.
But the real issue is the Dropbox app. When I hover over the icon on the menu bar it says "syncing 11 files", that never synchronize in the end. Nothing is downloading. Nothing is moving
Operating system: macOS sequoia 15.5. Latest version of Dropbox. Never had this issue before
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

So syncing is stuck. Have you tried https://help.dropbox.com/sync/files-not-syncing ?
A simple reboot will often help?

Hey Maria081, I hope you're doing well!
Just wanted to check if you still need a hand. If all's well, feel free to share what did the trick.
If you're still facing the same issue, I would suggest quitting the app, or even signing out and back in.
Feel free to also hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your menu bar, next to your WiFi and clarify the app's current syncing status.
I’d also like you to right-click on your local Dropbox folder directly, select “Get info” and send me a screenshot of the next window you’ll see.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
