Dropbox blocking access to files ...
I am getting the message "We blocked this link to be safe" when trying to access a link to GIS data put up on Dropbox by a locality here in Virginia. This is data that I have paid for but cannot acce...

Since it's Dropbox that is blocking access to the file, the file owner would likely need to contact Support as it's their file that is being blocked. If it's excessive traffic like the image suggests as a possible cause (too many downloads), their sharing ability may have been banned.
