Solved for me right now, as I seem to get routed via TXL Pop hub now. Issue occured when I was connected to FRA.

Hello,
so multiple Dropbox User experiencing this issue (even not knowing each other, working for different companies ), because we all are at the same ISP?
Also Internetspeed is good, other services like ondrive are working fine.
Also nice to know, we are experiencing this issue, even our staff are working from home with different ISP to what we use in the HQ, where whe have the same issues.

Same for me. Seems to affect only download-availability, both via desktop app and via Webpage download.
(Ends with "cancelled due to network error")

I am able to mitigate a bit by using non-central-european VPN locations (maybe that temporarily helps some of you).
