Dropbox Ecommerce Link Issue
Team i have been recently gettting an error from Amazon marketplace when I upload a excel sheet for listing products having dropbox links in the sheet. Below is the error..
"We could not access the media at URL that you provided. We received a 429 HTTP status code. This error occurs when the server hosting the media received more requests than it was able to handle in a given amount of time (rate limit). Ensure that the server or firewall configuration is not rate limiting Amazon's requests and preventing them from accessing the media. Try resubmitting your listing updates after waiting a short time or use a different server to host your images, such as S3. "
Can anybody help here , already rasied to dropbox support but they say its third party error and not with dropbox.
