Dropbox iOS problem: Unable to share more than 3 files at once.
After my Dropbox app was automatically updated recently (version 414.3), I can no longer send more than four files at once through another app. When I select four or fewer files, it works fine, but selecting more than four prevents me from tapping the send button. My friends who also use iPhones are experiencing the same issue, but Android devices don’t seem to have this problem. (I'm using an iPhone 16 Pro.)

Hi Megan,
Thank you for your quick respond.
This happen when we click export (pic1) and share file to all the different apps (pic 2).
After select an app to share, it loading 100% and nothing happens after that. all iphone in my company have the same error, android is still okay.
I try to reinstall and clear cache, but it only work for the first time, for the next time it still in the same trouble.

Hey iceziz let's jump right into this!
I've removed your shared link to avoid unnecessary traffic to it.
Just to make sure we're on the same page here: does this happen when you try to export the content, or share the content to a different app?
Have you tried accessing the app's settings, and clearing its cache? If I were you, I'd also try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
