Dropbox is pausing uploading files with error message "Make sure your internet connection is stable"
I am the admin for my organisation's Dropbox account and my colleague is currently unable to upload a file (a video file that is 263,132KB) which I believe is within the bounds of what we are able to upload and store on our account.
The upload starts off fine but then pauses with an error message stating: "Uploads paused. Make sure your Internet connection is stable". We are then able to Cancel then Retry the upload, however the same things happens again.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi there Donna AM - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you ask your colleague to clear their browser's cache and/or use another browser?
If they still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a look too.
Thanks!

Hi Walter, we've tried both and we're still receiving the same error message.
Any other advice would be much appreciated.
