Dropbox non completa la sincronizzazione

Buongiorno,

da qualche giorno dropbox è bloccato con la sincronizzazione e non capisco perché.

Pare cerchi di sincronizzare nuovamente tutti i file presenti nella mia cartella sul pc senza successo.

Non ho cambiato alcuna impostazione prima che accadesse il guaio.

 

Sicuramente ho creato qualche cartella e dei collegamenti all'interno di dropbox, ma lo avevo sempre fatto senza problemi.

Ho già provato a reinstallare ma senza successo.

 

Che posso tentare?

    What device and OS are you running? 

     

    Could you also confirm the version of the Dropbox app by clicking the icon and opening the Preferences tab?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    Thanks for the info, just to clarify, could you attach a screenshot showing the window of the Dropbox desktop application when it's open (while blurring out any personal filenames)?
