Dropbox options to share a file/folder aren't available when right-clicking on Mac

right click, did the issue appear after any kind of update on your device? 
 
Have you also performed an advanced reinstall with the steps provided here?

I just followed all of those steps and the problem has not been resolved.

    Hey right click, can you please also check if the Dropbox system extension is enabled in your settings here?

    Thanks for trying out these options, right click! You didn’t mention if this occurred after a specific Dropbox/OS update. 

     

    I can also see in our system you’ve been in touch with our support team; please check their email as well, when you get the chance.

    I am not really sure.. It was working fine, then 2 or three weeks ago it disappeared. Dropbox updates automatically and I can't say that I pay attention to when it updates.
