Email to Dropbox not working, no files uploading.
I've been using the email to dropbox function pretty consistently for a few months now. Just today I noticed it doesn't seem to be working. I have an application setup to email invoices to my dropbox...

Hi Everybody,
This issue should have been resolved for all users. Please let us know if it is still affecting you.
Email to Dropbox only works when files are attached, rather than included inline in the email itself. When using this feature, please make sure to add files as an attachment.
IA Accounting can you try emailing your your file(s) as attachments and let us know if this is working for you?

Gmail corporate account with custom domain is not working.
Send and forwarder with Windows Chrome and iPhone Chrome, directly entered Dropbox email , and with contact.
Original Dropbox email and new Dropbox email to renamed email linked folder.
Gmail sends forwarding w/ pdf attachment but nothing shows up in the folder.

Thanks for letting us know this is still affecting you. The root cause for the widespread problem with Email to Dropbox was resolved, but it looks like some users may still be experiencing problems and we're currently looking into it. Our engineering team is aware.
As Rich said above, make sure you're sending directly to the email you've set up for Email to Dropbox.
Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime, and I'll update here when I know more!

This happened on the day I introduced this functionality to our users. Waiting for two days would have resolved the problem. Instead I created a new email and folder. It's working again. I did still have problems, when others already reported that the problem was gone for them. Thanks for the follow up.

This is happening for me also, in fact we've never trusted this feature to work for months. But would be useful if it did.
On a Mac, Gmail corporate account, emailing the file(s) direct. Have tried jpegs, PDF, all sorts and nothing has come in over the past 4 hours+
