Empty folders transferred from OneDrive to Dropbox without their files
Hey so new to Dropbox for business. I thought I had successfully copied all my files from onedrive to dropbox, but after I started working in it, I realized in many instances the folders transferred over but not the files. Since I have been working in dropbox exclusively since I thought I had copied all the data over, how do sync onedrive to dropbox but have the dropbox version take priority if the file exists both in dropbox and one drive?
Thanks all!

Welcome back to our Community, NCMonsterTree! Hope you’re well.
Can you clarify how exactly you transferred your files from OneDrive to Dropbox? What steps did you follow to do this?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

Copy and paste.

Thanks for clarifying! In this case, you’ll need to compare the two versions of files you have on Dropbox and OneDrive and manually consolidate them.
Did you copy all of your OneDrive files over to Dropbox at once? I’m wondering if something happened during the transfer on your computer and interrupted the process.

Argh, that sucks. Not all at once, but certainly in large groups of files. It appeared that it successfully moved when I did it, but I guess not. Thank you for your help.
