🛠️ What This Means & How to Fix It
This error usually happens with files stored in the cloud (like OneDrive) when:
- The cloud sync app isn't running
- The file is marked as online-only
- You're offline, or cloud access is temporarily disrupted
✅ Fixes:
- Start OneDrive (or relevant cloud app):
- Open the Start Menu > search for OneDrive > launch it.
- Ensure you're online and connected to the internet.
- Right-click the file > select “Always keep on this device”
- This will force it to download locally and fix sync issues.
- Restart your computer if it's stuck in a sync error loop.
Let me know if you want help with disabling OneDrive syncing for specific folders or downloading the file manually.

Can you post a screenshot of the error please? It is talking about OneDrive lots which is a different service.
You could also try updating the app at http://www.dropbox.com/downloading as 200.4.7123 is very out of date.

Its not an error I've ever seen.
Is Dropbox running? Can you see it in the status bar at the bottom near the clock? If so what does it say if you mouse over it?

Hi there, Mustafa Kozanoglu , thanks for joining our Community!
Does this error message appear when you try to copy a file that exists inside your Dropbox folder?
Do you have OneDrive active and running on your machine? I'm asking because based on the error message, it seems that this might be caused by OneDrive, not Dropbox.
After doing some online search on my end using the error message, it looks like there are some solutions on how to resolve this on the Microsoft forum. I'd suggest taking a look, and following some of the steps mentioned there.
Let me know how things turn out for you!
