Error code: banned_member when trying to upload content.

Got this error - error code: banned_member   Trying to upload some video files to share - now deleted them and left for 24hrs - still showing - error code: banned_member

Based on the error you received, it sounds like your sharing ability might have been temporarily suspended. You can find out more info at this Help Center article.

 

Have you recently shared a link which could have been downloaded many times, or to a large file?

 

This will help me to assist further!

I had some large video files on the Dropbox space - the client was struggling to download them and tried many times - i think this might have caused a problem. i have since deleted to the files and setup a new folder with new files - but i'm being block to share the link now?
