Error "That didn't work for some reason" When sharing files
Have not had any issues using Dropbox the past few years up until recently.
For the past few days, I've been unable to share links that have been created and generated with clients when I click the share button. I've contacted support, cleared caches, used different browsers, and used incognito and private browsers but to no avail. I'm on Dropbox Advanced and everyone on my team is experiencing this issue of not being available to share and view links to external parties.

Thanks for letting us know about this, khuong-bondir.
That's pretty strange indeed.
Is it possible that you've gone over your bandwidth limits or that your links got banned for any of the reasons here?
That's not the kind of error you'd be getting, but we might as well check all the possibilities.
Can you also give us the ticket number for your communication with our support team, so we can look into it?
Thanks a lot!

Thanks, Hannah.
I don't believe it's a bandwidth issue as the current settings are not limited. I don't believe any links got banned (how would I be able to know if that's the case?)This is my ticket no: Ticket #23232751
