Excel file not syncing on my laptop

I have one excel file in my dropbox folder on my laptop that does not have the sync circle on it and it is not syncing with dropbox.  When I hover over the dropbox icon it shows that it is uploading it, but it never does.  All of my other files and folders are syncing fine, just this one excel file.

    Is Excel open with that file? What happens if you close it?

    No I don't have the file open.  I have restarted the computer and and it still does the same thing.

    Hey misfor - can you try moving the file out of your Dropbox folder and then back in, or renaming it?
