File upload from my phone is frozen

I am trying to upload an mp3 file that's too large to email. Dropbox says uploading but the 0MB/36MB has not moved. My phone is on WiFi. How do I facilitate the upload so I can then share the file?
  • to be honest I don't remember, but I eventually got it to work so I could share the file.  Thanks.

Hey McCloy96, thanks for letting us know about this.

Are you using the Dropbox mobile app to upload this file or are you using our website from your mobile browser?

If it's the mobile app and it's not working on WiFi, can you try with mobile data or a different network, to see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes.
