Files (jpeg photos) cannot be sync
I usually export photos to the Dropbox folder on my desktop local drive.
It was syncing to the cloud just fine.
But since the end of November, the files just stop syncing.
All I see in the sync history is "Syncing complete" infinitely looping but the files just couldn't be uploaded to the cloud (sync).
I tried other file formats (PDF...), same thing.
I checked the "View Sync Issues" and there is "no issues."
I haven't changed any settings.
My plan is Basic.
Could anyone help or tell me what the issues might be?
Thanks!

Hey chris567, sorry to hear about this.
Could you please send us a screenshot of the app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray/menu bar at the moment?
Have you tried uploading them through the website perhaps?
Keep me posted and we'll take it from there, Chris.

Hi Walter,
I kinda got it resolved by permitting all the access in Little Snitch (network monitor).
But there is still one file back in September 18 could not be synced or removed from the Dropbox folder.
What happens is if I removed it from Dropbox folder, Dropbox is still syncing even tho nothing is new or waiting to be synced.
If I moved the file back into Dropbox folder, it just entered this infinite loop of "Upload complete" and "Waiting to sync..."
