Files not uploading or syncing in android app
For the past 2 days, My android phone app behaving abnormally. Neither it is syncing with the server nor it is allowing me to upload any files to the central server. When I add any files to the dropbox folder in my windows 10 computer it syncs properly but does not show up in my android app. After adding files directly in the app it keeps saying "Waiting to upload...". Please help me to resolve this issue. I do not use offline files on the android device.
Dear Walter
Sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, BLOKADA is the culprit. Some update broke some of the apps in my mobile. Everything is working after disabling it. Hope you can understand

Hey nitin194; thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let me know if doing this on another wifi network or via cellular data produces the same error?
If you could also clarify the version of your device's OS and our mobile app's as well, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks! - nitin1945 years agoHelpful | Level 6

Thanks for the quick follow up nitin194.
Can you please uninstall the mobile app completely from your phone and re-install it anew?
Maybe that will do the trick! - nitin1945 years agoHelpful | Level 6
Hello Walter
Well, now I am no more able to login to the mobile app. It says to contact support. However, I am able to login to the desktop website.

Hey Jewels1, let's jump right into this!
Do you use the camera uploads feature on your mobile?
What is the OS you're using on the device, and what is the Dropbox version installed there?
Let me know and we'll take it from there!

Have you tried turning your camera uploads off, then on again?
