Files show a cloud beside them and won't let me upload to other transfer tools

Hi, I am having a problem with my photographic files saved in dropbox. I have a fully paid subscription.  The files are showing in dropbox with full file sizes but when I try to upload to another...

I have one more burning question before I leave. Is it possible to unshare shared folders if you are the owner?
