Finalizing when uploading

This morning I was able to upload x5 small less than 5mb pdfs without any problems.  Then about an hour later I tried, and it seems to get stuck "Finalizing".  I looked thru the forum, and tried some...

Currently, there is an issue with the Dropbox site and uploading to the site in general.
