Folders doesn't show up in the dropbox app on desktop
Hi everyone! I have some weird issue on my computer and hope someone knows the solution.
I tried to look up but seems like I am putting wrong keywords or something, and can't find it.
So, here is the situation.
When I go to my web dropbox, there are several folders under "All Files", which is including My own dropbox, and some other folders that didn't go into my folder (which I don't know why?)
The issue is, when I am using dropbox app on the computer, the only folder showing up is my own dropbox and subfolder, but nothing else.
So the structure would be
All Files
ㄴYGW (my own folder)
ㄴ folder 1
ㄴ folder 2
and these folder 1 and 2 wouldn't show up on my desktop, only showing YGW folder. Any solutions that could happen?
I have tried to reboot and turned off and on the dropbox app but no chance!
Hi YGW, is it possible that you have selective sync enabled for those folders, preventing them from appearing on your computer?

What are the names of folders 1 and 2? Do they use any characters that would be incompatible with your OS? If so, they won't sync until they're renamed.

no! using only alphabet characters, nothing else. Also oddly those folders are showing up on some other people's desktop app but not in mine?
