Getting an error that I've hit the number of invites when trying to add many people to my Paper doc.
A friend recommended I use Dropbox to save and send large file, for a while it was working good but I kept getting limit error meanwhile my account is already upgraded so I shouldn’t be getting limit...

6 months agoHi Wallywest, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you trying to send a file via Dropbox Transfer, or by using shared links on your Dropbox account?
Could you let me know the exact error message you're receiving?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay
I’ve been experiencing this for months now and yes I use shared linked via creating a paper doc.
it enables me to send to very small amount of recipients let’s say twenty and meanwhile I have hundreds of recipients which led me to upgrading hoping for better outcome but I still keep getting the same thing.
Even after trying again I still keep getting you’ve hit the limit

Hi Wallywest, let me jump in here!
Does this only happen when you try to add many people at once?
If you try to add 10, wait for a few minutes, and try to add 10 more people, do you notice the same behavior?
Also, does this error show up when you try to share a folder too?
