Getting an error when generating a link
Whenever I try to create a link I get an error stating “We interrupted your sharing activity because you try to share a file that may contain malware. Check your email for instructions about how to resolve this issue”
However I never got any email or tried to share any malware. This is most likely a false positive. How do I get someone to help me?
Thank you in advance

Hey siebzehnx, sorry to hear about this.
It sounds like your shared links were banned. How long have you been getting this error?
Did you receive an email from Dropbox informing you about it perhaps? If you can't find the email in your inbox, you can also try looking in your spam/junk folder as well.
In any case, please keep us posted!

I never got any email whatsoever from Dropbox, and I realized of this happening like three days ago, when I tried to generate a link to share something with my daughter and I got the error. How do I get this resolved?
Thanks

Hi siebzehnx, in this case can I initiate an email on my end for you?
