Hi Nancy I share an excel file with a dozen others. What was happening is multi versions of the same file.folder were appearing leading to various editions of the same file. As the owner I took the steps to delete all the drop box files on my computer using the delete option on the file (I have Mac) and started again. However the others are still seeing copies of old files and in one case a mirror of the new one?

Hi GCPGLD, has your Dropbox desktop application synced the deletion of those files?
Are you able to see the duplicates on the site? What about if you delete the files from there.

Hey GCPGLD, if you locate one of those files and check its version history, does it show you which device they are getting added from?
And what about your events page? Does it report this behavior as well?
