Hi JonCM, is it possible that you have a custom size of the fonts in your iOS settings?

4 years agoHey JonCM, thanks for posting on our Community!
Can you please clarify your device's exact OS and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?
Have you cleared the app's cache at all recently?
Any additional information is more than welcome!
- JonCM4 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi,
I've done all the basic checks, initially I cleared the cache, didn't work. Then uninstalled and reinstalled, glitch still there. When I create a folder, I cannot see what's being typed, it happens in portrait and landscape view.
Android 12
(Samsung One UI version 4.1)
Dropbox 302.2.2
Any ideas?
Thanks.- Hannah4 years ago

Hey JonCM, thanks for the update here.
Instead of a link, would mind attaching your screenshot in your next reply here, so we can have a visual of the issue?
- JonCM4 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi,
Happy to attach the image here, if you let me know how I can do that, this is a text box only, and I cannot find any attachments functionality.
Thanks,
Jon.
