Have camera uploads not change the original filenames and delete files when removed from phone.

I'd suggest to develop a better system for saving camera uploads in the cloud. Currently, the system only uploads pictures from your phone as they are, changing the name as an uploaded file. It would be better if it leaves the original names of the files in your devices. Additionally, it would be better to have it working as a security copy, in such a way that if a delete a picture from my device, it is also erased in my security copy or back up in Dropbox. Because currently my Dropbox uploads is getting extremely full with useless pictures from WhatsApp chats. So if I delete them from my phone I also have to delete them from the file in Dropbox, making it double work.
