Help - Can't access a link - It keeps saying the folder does not exist

Hi!

I recently bought a course, and the owner put it on Dropbox, but every time I click the link, it says the folder does not exist; for others I have talked to that have received the course, the link they click on seems to work fine so I don't know if it is something on my end.

Are they using the same link that you're using, and it's working for them but not you? If so, I'd try clearing your browser's cache/browsing history and trying again, or try another browser.

If everyone is getting a different link, I'd suggest contacting the owner of the files and let them know that you're having a problem. They could have created the link incorrectly or possibly removed it from their account.
