How can I make one folder always offline on Mac OS?

I have online-only set as my preference and selective sync has all folders checked. There is one folder of http links on my desktop that I would like...

Hi waltzoftime, thanks for messaging today!
You can mark a folder as available offline by right clicking it and choosing that option, so all files within that folder would download to your machine.
