How can I send someone a file?

My friend wants me to drop a recipe in their holiday Dropbox. I have no idea how to do that.

    Hi Flgal7, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    You can ask your friend to create a file request link, which will allow you to send any files to their Dropbox account, without those files affecting the quota on your account.
