How can I upload files to Dropbox online?

My company won't let me use the desktop App on their computer, how can I save files directly to Online version of Dropbox? There used to be a setting to "Save to Dropbox Online" where did it go?

Are you referring to saving a file to Dropbox directly via a program on your computer, and if so which program were you using?

Is it possible to manually upload the file to your Dropbox account when you log in to the site?
