How do I get Folders to show up again in my Dropbox folder?
Hi, All; thank you for helping with this issue.
I have about 30 TB of files on Dropbox in the cloud.
I used Clean my Mac, and the next thing I knew, Dropbox was making all of my files available offline. The only way I could stop Dropbox from filling all my computer's hard drive was to uninstall the Dropbox app and then reinstall it. Why isn't there a way to cancel syncing? Anyway, It was still giving me trouble after I reinstalled it, so in the Admin Console, I changed all the folder's Sync Default to Don't Sync Automatically.
Now, none of my folders are visible in my Dropbox app. How do I get them to show up? Is it possible to get them to show up "Not available offline"? With 30 TB of data, it is not possible to have it available offline.
Thank you for you help!!!
Gratefully, Brad-S

Hi Brad-S, thanks for messaging the Community!
It sounds like you enabled selective sync on those folders. You can try checking those folder that that they'll appear on your computer again, and the folders will be online-only, not taking up any space.
You can make sure of this when the folders appear on your machine by right clicking them and choosing online-only.
Most likely, when using that app, it triggered the Dropbox folder to download the files since a request was made to access them.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
