How do I sync the My Documents folder with Dropbox?

I'd like to have the My Documents folder on my HP synced with Dropbox, so I have a backup in the cloud. But I can't figure out how to do it without having a copy of My Documents in the My Dropbox fo...

I just moved "my documents" folder into my  dropbox-folder. Of course window remade a now-empty version of my documents.  I would like to know if there is a better way to do this.
