How to share a large file with someone who doesn't have enough space

hi

i want to know how to share and receive over 2GB photos from unlicensed person.

i have licensed account. This time, I would like to receive the photos over 2GB taken at my event. By shareing file will be the best way, however, the photographer created new account that is not licensed with upper limet 2GB and claim that i cannot send anymore because i have reached the 2GB limit.

If you want to share a folder with someone who doesn't have enough space, you can share a link to the folder instead.

However, if you want them to upload more than 2 GB of files to your account, you'd need a Dropbox Professional or Dropbox Business plan of your own.

Because we do have a file request feature, with which you can request files from them, but if you're on a Basic or Plus account, you can only request up to 2 GB of files.

Dropbox Professional and Business accounts, though, can request up to 50 GB of files.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any questions.
