The same exact thing is now happening to me on Safari!
The Dropbox website was working perfectly fine about 2 day ago, then yesterday the website would not load at all. All I get is a blank white page. I rebooted my iMac and when I just tried to go to www.dropbox.com now, again all I get is a blank white page!
I am using macOS Sierra 10.12.2.
This needs to be solved ASAP!
ETA: I just tried opening a new window in Incognito mode, and though the Dropbox website loaded, when I tried to sign in I got the sad kitty image that says "Error 405. Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropboxers have been notified."

7 years agoHey Bonnie K.4, sorry to hear that.
Could you please send me a screenshot (without any personal info included) of the error message just to ensure I have a visual understanding of what youâre seeing?
Thanks in advance!

Sure, this is what I see in the Incognito window:
Hmm, this form is not letting me post screenshots. But this image is the error message I am getting when I log in Incognito:
When I log in through a regular Safari window, it's just a blank white page.

Thanks for the screenshot, Bonnie K.4! Much appreciated. If youâre able to sign in to your account through an incognito window, that means that there could be a browser setting thatâs not allowing you to do so through a normal session. For this reason, could you try clearing your cache and ensuring that youâre not running any browser extensions when trying to sign into the website?Let me know of any updates! - Bonnie K.47 years agoCollaborator | Level 9
I just cleared the cache and turned off all extensions (I only had AdBlock & LastPass running) and no change. I still just get a blank white page.
