I can't access an old file that was shared with me via link
I HAVE A FILE from 2016 - when i try to access it the link is not working anymore - how i can retrieve this file and video to my current email.

You'll need to contact the person that sent it to you and ask for a new link. The original link was either removed or the file deleted by the owner. Only they can send you a new link.

i cant find the orginal email for the link or file that was shared with me . all i have is a person name - may 19 2016 . the link is no longr working from this email i have.

AITANEET, do you know who the user that shared with you the link is? If you do, you need to ask them for a new shared link instead.
