I can't back up any other folders except for the top-level ones on my Business account

Hi Amy, I just checked the Dropbox Backup with my account ( Advanced), Dropbox still only allows me to Bacup the top-level folders

    I'm guessing you're referring to the main computer folders on your device (i.e. Documents/Downloads/Desktop), correct? 

     

    If yes, keep in mind that the updated version of Dropbox Backup is currently available to users on individual plans and not for Business teams. 

     

    Whenever this changes though, you should be notified that you can update to the newest version, as well. 

     

    I’ll be here, if you need something else.
