I can't find a folder that was shared with me by my photographer.

Hi, My wedding photos and videos were shared with me via a Dropbox folder by my photographer. However, when I tried to download the folder recently, I couldn’t find it. Could you please guide me ...

Was it a shared folder that you were added to using your email address, or a shared link?

Have you tried accessing your account's sharing tab to see if you can find the folder there? Is it possible that the photographer unshared the folder?
