I can't find a folder that was shared with me by my photographer.
Hi,
My wedding photos and videos were shared with me via a Dropbox folder by my photographer. However, when I tried to download the folder recently, I couldnât find it.
Could you please guide me ...

Check your Sharing page to see if the folder is still listed.
If it's not listed there, the photographer may have unshared the folder, which could cause you to lose access to it. When you receive a shared folder, it's not permanent. It lasts as long as the owner of the folder maintains it. When they no longer need the folder they can unshare it, and choose whether or not to allow other members to retain the files. If the intent is to keep the files indefinitely, you need to make your own copy of the files in your own folder.
If you don't see the folder on your Sharing page, and you don't see anything in your Events or Deleted Files, then you would need to contact the photographer and ask them to share it with you again.
