I can't find my file transfers after upgrading my Dropbox account.
I shared five links with a Basic account, all of which were supposed to expire tomorrow (29 April 2025). However I received an email today notifying me that they hadn't been downloaded yet. In respon...

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see under your Dropbox Transfer page?
Is there any chance those transfers were opened from a different Dropbox account instead?
You can verify this by opening the email you received by Dropbox and double checking the email address you received it to. Is it the exact same as the one you see on this page?
Let me know what you find.

The transfers were not opened from a different account (the email address is the same).

Thanks for the screenshot! Iâm guessing you canât see them even when clicking on the âExpiredâ option, right?
Besides that, are you currently in touch with any of the users that were supposed to download those files from your Dropbox account? Are they getting any errors, when accessing your transfer?
